Doç. Dr. Kemal ÖZAKSAR 1975 yılında İzmir'de doğdu. Ortopedi, Travmatoloji ve El Cerrahisi Uzmanı olan ÖZAKSAR, 2004 yılından bu yana EMOT Ailesi’nde çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.
