Doç. Dr. Tulgar TOROS 1969 yılında İzmir'de doğdu. Ortopedi, Travmatoloji ve El Cerrahisi Uzmanı olan TOROS; Omuz, dirsek, ayak ve ayak bileği cerrahisi alanlarında 2002 yılından bu yana EMOT Ailesi’nde çalışmalarını sürdürüyor. İngilizce biliyor.
